Safety Health Officer

Position: Safety Health Officer

Position Level: Senior Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering/Construction of buildings/Office administrative, office support and other business support activities

Job Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.

Prepare and compile safety documentation and reports, including Monthly Safety Reports, Training Reports, Observation Reports, Non-Compliance Reports, and Audit Reports.

Coordinate monthly Safety and Health Committee meetings, prepare meeting reports, and follow up on safety issues to ensure compliance.

Conduct weekly toolbox meetings and daily safety inductions for contractors and new employees.

Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.

Follow company safety policies and client safety requirements.

Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits.

Implement and monitor safety programs.

Ensure employees and subcontractors follow safe work practices.

Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports.

Conduct safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox meetings.

Promote a safe and healthy working environment on the construction site.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering/Construction of buildings/Office administrative, office support and other business support activities or equivalent qualification

Must have Green Book

2 – 3 years of experience in a related field
