Safety Officer

Position Requirement:

3 year working experience in manufacturing industry

Degree in safety & health, sciences, environmental or engineering studies

Preferrable Green book holder SHO

Knowledge of Malaysia EHS laws and 150 14001/150 45001

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and ISO-compliant systems

Ensure full compliance with legal, customer, and company EHS requirements

Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC)

Lead incident & accident investigation and root cause analysis together with implementation of improvement plan

Oversee contractor safety and chemical management, Emergency Preparedness

Plan and conduct emergency drills and business continuity exercises

Lead EHS inspections, audits, and continuous improvement activities

Promote a strong safety and health culture across the organization

Lead EHS projects and provide technical support to operations and engineering
