Description
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) will be responsible for overseeing the security strategy and operations Mitsui, Sepang. This role involves developing policies, managing security incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulations to protect the organization's assets and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Oversee the security operations of the organization in Mitsui mall, Sepang.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and government agencies.
- Lead and manage security incident response efforts.
- Train and educate staff on security best practices and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security trends to mitigate risks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in Mitsu, Sepang.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
