Job Description

Summary of position:

Drive sales growth through strategic marketing, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to secure new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships in Total Supply Chain services.
  2. Lead tender and proposal preparation, ensuring timely, competitive, and comprehensive submissions.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and operations to provide accurate solutions, pricing, and service delivery.
  4. Maintain updated reports and customer profiles, including sales activities and opportunity tracking.
  5. Manage credit approval processes and collaborate with Credit Management to control DSO.
  6. Conduct business reviews to monitor performance and ensure service levels meet client expectations.
  7. Monitor costs and maximize profitability while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Uphold corporate governance, compliance, and professionalism.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant fields) with commercial experience in the Logistics industry,
  • At least 7 years experience in the Logistics industry.
  • Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new clients.
  • Demonstrate excellence & expertise in the local market & have strong existing business relations.
  • Excellent command of English, communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Candidates from the Logistics industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
