Acting as a single point of contact for hardware and software, Agrius IT offers streamlined, vendor-agnostic infrastructure support.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on TPM and multi-vendor support solutions. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role will involve negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring smooth handover to service delivery teams. The Sales Account Manager will also track account performance, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and drive customer retention and satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market insights will be required.
Qualifications
  • Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a proven ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to respond promptly, explain technical concepts clearly, and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Prior experience in B2B IT services, data center infrastructure, or related technology sales is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working with sales targets, CRM tools, and structured reporting on activities and results.
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate closely with technical and operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
