Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager supports the UAE Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and executing sales strategies. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

1.Strong Connections & Influence with Local Major End Users/ EPC / PMC / Traders / Contractors
2.Moderate Level Understanding of Centrifugal Pumps and standards - API / ISO / ANSI.
3.Engage directly with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors to understand project requirements and present tailored pump solutions.
4.Analyze customer specifications and recommend appropriate pump types and configurations.
5.Support the sales cycle from initial inquiry through to order finalization, including site visits, RFQs, Technical discussions and negotiations.
6.Track and report market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines.
7.Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and technical presentations.
8.Drive client relationship management to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
9.Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with API standards (e.g., API 610).
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
•8-10 years of experience in sales of API pumps or rotating equipment.
•Proven experience managing sales cycles and technical client discussions.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Willingness to frequent travel for business development and client meetings.
Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum education or equivalent in relevant experience).
