Job Description

Chaserz Events Sdn Bhd is looking for a relationship-builder who is as passionate about the big reveal as we are.

At our core, we are storytellers. Whether it's a high-profile corporate summit or an intimate brand launch, we transform empty spaces into extraordinary memories. As we scale, we need a Sales Account Manager who can bridge the gap between a client's vision and our execution.

The Mission

You aren't just selling floor space or catering packages; you are selling confidence. You will be the first point of contact for brands looking to make an impact, guiding them from the initial What if to a signed contract.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Pipeline Growth: Actively seeking out companies and brands that align with our event expertise.
  • Creative Pitching: Collaborating with our production team to build bespoke proposals that win hearts and budgets.
  • Relationship Management: Serving as the trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring their goals are met at every stage of the pre-planning process.
  • Market Insight: Staying ahead of event trends (AI integration, sustainable events, etc.) to offer cutting-edge solutions.
Who You Are
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Public Relations is preferred. We value a background that combines business logic with creative flair.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. If you've specifically sold event services, venue spaces, or high-end hospitality packages, you're at the top of our list.
  • Proficient in CRM software to manage your pipeline, and comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for creating polished proposals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. You should be able to write a proposal that reads like a story and deliver a presentation that commands a room.
  • A strong understanding of the event landscape, including key venues and corporate players, is a significant advantage.
