Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Sales Account Manager - Health & Personal Care will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with key accounts, identifying and generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with internal teams to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience.
- Expertise in Lead Generation and building a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets and achieve business growth objectives.
- Experience in the Health and Personal Care or related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is advantageous.
