Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing client accounts effectively. Additional responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets not forgetting leads for partnerships for our events. Clear communication with clients and internal teams and effective collaboration with various stakeholders will also form a vital part of this role.
