Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and people-oriented individuals to join Xenwealth as a Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Account Relationship Building

Connect with individuals, families, and working professionals to understand their goals, concerns, and financial priorities. Build genuine relationships based on trust and meaningful conversations.

  • Needs Discovery & Financial Conversations

Learn how to ask the right questions, identify areas where clients may need support, and guide them through structured yet comfortable financial discussions.

  • Solution Presentation

Present suitable financial well-being solutions in areas such as protection planning, legacy distribution, and long-term financial strategies to help clients work towards their goals.

  • Account Development & Business Growth

Build and grow your relationship portfolio through referrals, networking, social media, events, and community engagement activities.

  • Follow-Up & Client Servicing

Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects, providing ongoing support and building long-term trust and relationships.

  • Event & Market Engagement

Participate in client events, educational sessions, networking opportunities, and business development activities that help you expand your knowledge and connections.

  • Personal Branding & Digital Presence

Develop confidence in presenting yourself professionally through social media, content creation, and relationship-based marketing.

  • Professional Growth & Leadership Exposure

Build practical skills in communication, planning, accountability, leadership, and entrepreneurship while preparing yourself for future growth opportunities.
