The Role

We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Specialist to join ourteam and help us accelerate growth. Youll be focused on identifying, targeting, and acquiring new customers across Southeast Asia, while ensuring our CRM and outreach processes are precise and data-driven.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and wants to grow into a full sales or revenue leadership track.

What You&aposll Do

  • Execute targeted lead acquisition through CRM and outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email campaigns, enrichment tools)
  • Manage the early sales funnel: qualifying leads, booking demos, and nurturing prospects until handoff to account executives
  • Build and maintain accurate CRM records segmented by ICP, industry, and buyer journey stage
  • Support creation of tailored outreach campaigns and sequences that resonate with enterprise HR, TA, and business leaders
  • Track and report performance metrics on lead quality, conversion, and campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with marketing to align acquisition campaigns with brand messaging and demand generation activities
  • Continuously refine acquisition workflows to improve targeting, speed, and conversion rates

What We&aposre Looking For

  • 23 years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations, ideally in SaaS, HR-tech, or enterprise B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of CRM-driven targeting and segmentation
  • Familiarity with outreach and automation tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to run multiple campaigns in parallel
  • Analytical mindset to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Bonus: Experience selling into Southeast Asias HR, enterprise, or tech ecosystems
