Job Description

Client Bacground: Commercial kitchen equipment supplier

Tenure: Permanent

Headcount: 1

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

We Are Looking For:
. Age 18 - 30 years old
. Positive attitude & willing to learn
. Responsible and good communication skills
. Computer literate (WhatsApp, Excel, Email)
. Retail sales or customer service experience is an advantage
. Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) preferred
. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:
. Handle sales orders, invoicing & documentation
. Assist customers via WhatsApp & social media
. Prepare quotations & follow up with customers
. Support sales team to increase closing rate
. Assist in posting product content online
