Job Position: Sales Admin Executive
Location: Bradbury Asset Management (PJ office)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Admin Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, calculating sales commissions, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Sales Team administrative matters, ensuring timely coordination, follow-up, and resolution of operational requests.
- Calculate monthly sales commissions and maintain complete commission records.
- Prepare sales commission reports and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Verify sales data and reconcile records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in data entry, record updates, and database maintenance.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and sales-related records.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of sales-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales data, commission records, and client information.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and enhancement of sales-related systems and processes as required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Qualification and requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS) and data handling.
- Experience in preparing reports, handling large datasets, and calculating sales commissions will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and large datasets.
- Able to communicate confidently, firmly, and professionally when handling commission-related matters and coordinating with the Sales Team.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or asset management will be an added advantage.
