Job Description

Job Requirement:

  • SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Study & Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or any field study.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in ICT industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.
  • Good communication skills and time management.
  • Competency in Microsoft application.
  • Language: English, BM & Chinese.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply (on-job-training will be provided)

Job Responsibility:

  • To assist Inside Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies in line with Company's goals and objectives.
  • To drive and achieve quarterly sales target.
  • Responsible to manage assigned product accounts and achieve sales quota.
  • To professionally promote Company's products and service solutions.
  • To generate business opportunity or sales leads through business call to existing or potential customers.
  • Fast respond to customer's feedback / enquiry via email or calls and coordinate with internal parties to resolve all the issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Timely send out quotations and closely follow up to ensure high successful rate for renewal.
  • Maintain long-term relationship and good rapport with clients and strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with sales team and provide support in preparing quotations, tender documentation, etc. and to close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
