Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with sales team and handle full set of order process, including but not limited to, issuing documents (such as contract, invoice, packing list, delivery order/delivery notice request, inventory certificate, commission agreement, debit note, credit note etc.), monitoring deliveries, stocks and monitor payments.
  2. Liaise with transporter to ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Liaise with forwarding agents to ensure all necessary documentation and support related to shipment arrangements and custom clearance requirements are handled efficiently.
  4. Liaise with supplier/customers and relevant parties when necessary.
  5. Liaise with overseas shipping team members to ensure timely payments and deliveries.
  6. Maintain and update sales and purchase records and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
  7. Communicate sales status internally with salesperson.
  8. Prepare monthly sales report and any ad-hoc reports as and when required.
  9. Assist in the coordination and documentation of DP (Documents Against Payment) and LC (Letter of Credit) transaction, including liaising with relevant parties to ensure smooth processing.
  10. Handle domestic, import and export documentation.
  11. Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

MUST TO HAVE:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  2. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia as this position will require liaising with locals and overseas clients such as China. Ability to speak local dialect (E.g. Cantonese, Hokkien etc.) will be an added advantage.
  3. 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable for this position.
  4. Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or working experience in Logistic/ Supply Chain company
