We are looking for proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrators to support our client's expanding sales team. This role suits individuals who are organized, dependable, and committed to high performance.
This position comprises two key focus areas, each handled by a dedicated team member:
1. Data Management Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage product, pricing, serial number, and customer data in internal systems.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
- Track sales performance and prepare clear monthly reports for management.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to assist the sales team in decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
2. Operations Support Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support to the Head of Sales.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, company profiles, and tender documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and offsite events.
- Support internal communication across the sales team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage email correspondence, and assist with daily operational tasks.
- Support with expense claims, customer feedback, and other administrative duties as required.
