About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd as a Sales Administrator. In this fulltime role based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company&aposs sales operations and contributing to its continued success.

What you&aposll be doing

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries and orders
  2. Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests
  3. Track important project progress, collect and organize information
  4. Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data
  5. Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies
  6. Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments for reviews
  7. Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments
  8. Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents
  9. Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service
  10. Perform tasks that are not part of their regular or pre-defined duties, and these tasks will be assigned on an as-needed basis

What we&aposre looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within the tech industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  3. Fluent written and Spoken Proficiency is a MUST inMandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  5. Proficient in using various office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  7. Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
