Role Description As a Sales Advisor at AIA, you will help individuals and businesses understand and select suitable life, health, and savings solutions aligned with their financial goals and protection needs. You will engage prospective and existing customers through consultations, presentations, and follow-ups, providing clear explanations of products, benefits, and policy terms. Daily activities include prospecting, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing tailored proposals, and supporting customers throughout the onboarding and after-sales process. You will collaborate with team members and managers on campaigns, participate in training and coaching sessions, and stay informed about product updates and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, with a combination of on-site client meetings and office work, as well as some flexibility to work from home.
