Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor is based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, providing product information, and maintaining the store's appearance. The role also includes training new staff, keeping up with latest product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales experience
  • Experience in Training new staff and providing product knowledge sessions
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of watchmaking and enthusiasm for the product is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
