Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advisor located in Johor Bahru or Melaka. The Sales Advisor will engage in daily customer interactions to understand client needs and promote Toyota vehicles and services. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting consultations, guiding clients through the sales process, meeting individual and team sales targets, and staying updated on Toyota's product offerings and market trends. The role also involves developing strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Customer service expertise, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all clients
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in training, with the ability to share knowledge effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of automotive products and services; prior experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Possession of a valid driving license
• Active on social media or digital marketing.
