Job Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in customers to ensure a welcoming and positive experience.
- Boost sales through exceptional service, solid product knowledge, and proactive promotion.
- Execute daily operational procedures to fulfill customer expectations and support brand goals.
- Provide customers with accurate details on products and available EV incentives.
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting, following up, maintaining pipelines, to closing deals.
- Gather leads, schedule test drives, and qualify potential buyers effectively.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information on leads, sales progress, and deliveries.
- Capture and share engaging content on social media such as customer testimonials, car handovers, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce eye-catching short videos and lifestyle content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Interact with online followers and respond to comments or inquiries when needed.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
- SPM, Diploma or Degree holders preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about the evolving personal transportation and EV industry.
- Highly self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet crucial business deadlines.
- Upholds integrity in sales practices and demonstrates strong performance motivation.
- A dependable team player who values collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Starting salary: RM3,350 plus commissions and additional benefits.
