Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Klang for a Sales & Aftersales Growth Executive. You'll act as a strategic counterpart to leadership, helping to drive customer growth, campaign execution, and operational excellence across our imported car dealership and independent service centre.
The role blends strategy and execution-supporting the design of sales and service initiatives, cascading instructions to frontline teams, and ensuring performance targets are met. You'll also coordinate internal reporting, digital outreach, and partner engagement to unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As our Sales & Aftersales Growth Executive, you will:
- Co-develop and execute sales and service campaigns with leadership
- Relay instructions and follow up with Service
- Manager and Sales Advisors
- Monitor performance across sales, service bookings, and technician utilisation
- Coordinate reporting dashboards, incentive tracking, and process improvements
- Draft SOPs, internal memos, and bilingual communications as needed
- Manage digital outreach (e.g. Facebook Ads, WhatsApp campaigns) and liaise with vendors
- Oversee visual branding materials (posters, promotions) and coordinate design efforts
- Visit potential partners (e.g. car wash, accessories) to explore cross-promotion opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in automotive sales, service, or dealership operations
- Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
- Hands-on experience in aftersales operations and customer service excellence
- Proficient in market analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong execution capability
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiar with MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital outreach tools (e.g. Facebook Ads,
- WhatsApp campaigns)
- Bilingual in English and Malay for internal memos and staff communication
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Eager to grow into a leadership role
