Role Description
The Sales Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for engaging customers, presenting products and services, and providing clear information to support purchasing decisions. The Sales Ambassador will actively approach potential customers, demonstrate offerings, handle inquiries, and promote current campaigns or promotions. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and replenishing stock, and ensuring a clean, welcoming sales area. The role also involves handling basic payment transactions, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with team members to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Sales, upselling, and negotiation abilities, including comfort with achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Clear verbal communication skills in English and relevant local languages, with professional presentation and active listening.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, including use of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work on-site either in Shah Alam or Penang.
• Positive attitude, reliabilit, and willingness to learn product knowledge and new sales techniques.
• Previous experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; additional training or certification in sales or hospitality is a plus.
