Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical or Energy industries)
  • Strong knowledge or exposure in technical solutions, equipment rental, or engineered systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Energy sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, proposing solutions to successfully closing deals
  • Understand client needs and prepare customised technical solutions, proposals and quotations
  • Lead the marketing and sales of power equipment such as diesel generators, mobile transformers, load banks, Zone 2 gensets, flare gas generators, and more
  • Support business development activities by leveraging market insights and stakeholder networks
  • Coordinate closely with the Proposals and Technical teams for documentation, sales materials and engineered solutions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, conferences and site visits to promote company offerings
  • Mentor and coach the sales team on products and sales strategies
