Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical or Energy industries)
Strong knowledge or exposure in technical solutions, equipment rental, or engineered systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to assess client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new market opportunities across the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Energy sectors
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, proposing solutions to successfully closing deals
Understand client needs and prepare customised technical solutions, proposals and quotations
Lead the marketing and sales of power equipment such as diesel generators, mobile transformers, load banks, Zone 2 gensets, flare gas generators, and more
Support business development activities by leveraging market insights and stakeholder networks
Coordinate closely with the Proposals and Technical teams for documentation, sales materials and engineered solutions
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers and partners
Attend meetings, exhibitions, conferences and site visits to promote company offerings
Mentor and coach the sales team on products and sales strategies
