Collektr, Asia's Premier Livestream Bidding Platform For Authentic Collectibles

Collektr is redefining how collectors buy, sell, and engage with collectibles across TCG, sneakers, watches, luxury, and pop culture. We're growing fast and we're looking for a driven Sales & Partnerships Executive to help expand our seller ecosystem and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new sellers, brands, and partners across key verticals (TCG, sneakers, watches, pop culture, luxury).
  • Develop compelling proposals centred on Collektr's value proposition: low fees, fast payouts, authentication, and high-energy livestream engagement.
  • Support negotiations and deal closures alongside senior management.
  • Track competitor movements and market trends to uncover new opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs for seller acquisition, revenue impact, and category growth.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Collektr's listing formats (Marketplace Auctions, Slots, Tiered Listings, Livestream Auctions).
  • Work with Operations and Marcomm teams to drive campaigns and category pushes.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned sellers/partners, ensuring strong engagement and performance.
  • Host regular check-ins and provide actionable insights using Collektr analytics.
  • Collect seller feedback to improve platform features and user experience.

Strategic Input & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the COO and Category Managers to develop category growth strategies.
  • Deliver weekly updates on pipeline activity, revenue performance, and market intelligence.
  • Assist in producing case studies and success stories to showcase seller success on Collektr.

Requirements

  • 13 years experience in Sales, BD, Partnerships, or Account Management; preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, livestreaming, or collectibles.
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
  • Passion for collectibles, pop culture, or luxury categories is a major plus.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
