The Opportunity
Are you a retail professional or a content creator looking to step into the high-reward world of automotive sales We are moving away from traditional car dealership vibes. We want a Brand Ambassador who can build an online presence and close deals in person.
With a competitive basic salary and an industry-leading commission structure, your earning potential is limited only by your drive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Content (Drive the Traffic)
- Social Media Presence: Take ownership of the dealership's TikTok, Reels, and Facebook. Create simple, engaging Car of the Day videos and walkthroughs.
- Lead Generation: Manage and respond to inquiries via social media and WhatsApp. You are the first point of contact.
- Digital Booking: Convert online likes into physical showroom appointments.
2. Sales Advisory (Close the Deal)
- Consultative Sales: Guide walk-in and appointment-based customers through their car-buying journey.
- Test Drive Management: Provide professional and safe test drive experiences.
- Closing & Documentation: Handle the sales process from booking to loan application and final vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: Background in Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
- Tech Skills: Must be comfortable being in front of a camera and using basic video editing apps (CapCut/TikTok).
- License: Must possess a valid Class D Driving License.
- Mindset: You don't need years of car experience; you need a people person personality and a willingness to learn the technical specs.
- Availability: Willing to work weekends (with 2 weekdays off) to capture maximum customer traffic.
