Sales & Marketing Intern- Your future position

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Marketing

  • Monitor and track global and APAC fragrance trends.
  • Identify and track Fine Fragrance (FF) and Consumer Products (CP) trends through social media and F&B pop-ups.
  • Monitor new product launches across social media platforms and retail stores.
  • Conduct physical store checks.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and support in document submissions.
  • Manage FragranceLand administrative activities, including product passport maintenance and relaunch coordination.

Fragrance & Evaluation

  • Support fragrance panel evaluations.
  • Prepare application samples for fragrance evaluation and testing.
  • Handle fragrance submission oil packing.
  • Prepare laundry wash testing and evaluation.
  • Prepare fragrance collection kits.
  • Monitor fragrance oil expiry dates.

Laboratory & Storage

  • Maintain and manage packaging materials and unfragranced bases.
  • Maintain an updated inventory/list of available unfragranced bases.
  • Decontaminate towels and ensure laboratory materials are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Manage FragranceLand marketing products.
  • Prepare pour-out of marketing products for GFFM storage.
  • Organize Fine Fragrance (FF) internal scents into separate storage bins by category (Male, Female, and Unisex).

Your Professional Profile Includes

  • Undergoing College or university degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • Able to carry out 6 months internship (Preferably September onwards).
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Highly self-motivated and curious, with a strong desire to learn, take initiative and continuously develop.
  • Genuine passion for fragrance, with a natural curiosity and appreciation for exploring, smelling and discovering different scents and products.
