Job Description

THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED IN MUTIARA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA OFFICE.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow export markets, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa.
  • Identify, establish, and manage business relationships with distributors, importers, and food manufacturers.
  • Achieve sales volume and margin targets in line with company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and product movements to propose timely marketing and pricing strategies.

2.Customer Relationship Manager

  • Serve as the key liaison for Arabic-speaking clients and partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

3.Marketing & Promotion

  • Represent KLK Alami Edible Oils Sdn Bhd (KAEO) at international trade fairs (e.g., Gulfood, MIHAS, Saudi Food Show).
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, promotional content, and product presentations in English and Arabic.
  • Support branding and product positioning to enhance KAEO's image in international markets.

4.Strategic & Administrative Functions

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams for product planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with company policy, government regulations, and trade requirements.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the palm oil, edible oils, or Agri-commodity industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage export markets and work with multicultural clients.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Familiar with export documentation, LC terms, and international shipping procedures.
  • Knowledge of global commodity pricing and trading mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
