Sales & Marketing Manager - Selangor

Industry/ Specialization: Engineering, modular fabrication, and manufacturing for the oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, and new energy sectors

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30AM–5:00PM

Salary Package: RM10,00-15,000 (depends on experience)

Main Duties and Responsibility in Summary

Responsible for sales development and marketing activities pertaining to all business portfolios undertaken by assigned territories/ clients/ products range/ etc. based on the assignments and instructions from Management. To endeavor generate Sales Orders and promote the image & goodwill.

Responsibilities:

● Expand business opportunities and customer base. 

● Handle RFQ, proposal, tendering and commercial negotiations. 

● Achieve sales targets and generate sales orders. 

● Maintain good relationships with clients and provide after sales support. 

● Coordinate sales activities, reporting and project updates. 

● Support marketing, branding, exhibitions and social media activities. 

● Identify new business opportunities, partners and market segments. 

Requirements:

● Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field. 

● Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or Process Equipment industry preferred. 

● Experience in technical sales, tendering or proposal handling is an advantage. 

● Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 

● Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
