- Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned to personal and company sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and manage corporate and clinic clients to grow utilisation and revenue
- Assist in sales proposals and quotations through cross‑functional work (clinics, doctors, operations, finance)
- Track, and study sales reports and monitor campaign performance (weekly/monthly KPIs)
- Develop and coordinate sales & marketing materials
- Act as a liaison between clients, clinics, and head office to ensure timely service and issue resolution
- Conduct client feedback surveys and recommend revenue‑impacting improvements
- Perform ad‑hoc commercial tasks as assigned
Anforderungsprofil
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience in sales & marketing within the healthcare industry or similar fields would be preferred
- Strong skills to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills and consultative selling.
- The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
