Your Role: Sales & Outreach Manager (Singapore Market)
You will be the key driver of business growth in Singaporeresponsible for generating new revenue, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client partnerships. You'll also lead, train, and scale an outreach team that embodies a consultative, performance-oriented sales culture.
Core Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Client Acquisition
- Develop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy focused on Singapore's SME and startup sectors.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through targeted LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and negotiate contracts to successful close.
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a growing outreach team to consistently exceed lead generation and conversion KPIs.
- Implement effective CRM and pipeline management processes to ensure visibility, accuracy, and accountability.
- Set, track, and optimize sales metrics including lead conversion rates, deal velocity, and recurring revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, and HR decision-makers.
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business goals.
- Ensure smooth handover to the recruitment and account management teams for excellent client experience
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work directly with company leadership to define sales targets, outreach playbooks, and expansion strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to influence strategic direction.
- Support marketing initiatives and represent Assist World at networking events and business forums.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 58 years of progressive B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in outsourcing, recruitment, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proven success in closing enterprise or recurring service-based deals, with a clear record of exceeding targets.
- Strong background in consultative selling, objection handling, and building long-term client value.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho), and online sales funnels.
- Leadership experience in managing SDRs or outreach specialists, with the ability to drive accountability and sales discipline.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial judgment and business acumen.
