YOUR TASKS

. Provide support to the Manager in extracting, manipulating, and analysing large amounts of data from various sales and sales-related databases.

. Manage revenue and shipment growth through upselling and cross-selling tactics to exceed assigned targets.

. Manage large volumes of data and manipulate them for various purposes, including building databases and data warehouses for analysis and archival purposes.

. Collate reports from individual sales teams and prepare consolidated reports for Management.

. Understand various internal systems and their linkages to extract appropriate data as and when required.

. Monitor sales processes and activities, ensuring systems used to measure these activities are updated and capture all key indicators and relevant measurements.

. Analyse reports and highlight areas of opportunity or concern to Management for action.

. Prepare information in an organised and systematic manner for a diversified audience.

. Support the CPR team in driving revenue growth through sales reporting and process management.

. Provide training and tools to the sales team to strengthen cross-border sales capabilities.

. Develop standardised reports and dashboards (Power BI) to improve productivity and generate customer insights.

. Manage sales support projects and maintain customer databases.

. Assist with monthly incentive calculations and annual target setting.


YOUR PROFILE

. Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy.

. Well-developed relationship-building skills and the ability to network with multiple levels of an organisation and across business units.

. Preferably holds a Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline.

. Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

DHL is a German logistics company providing courier, package delivery and express mail service, which is a division of the German logistics firm Deutsche Post. The company group delivers over 1.6 billion parcels per year. DHL Express is market leader for parcel services in Europe and Germany's main Courier and Parcel Service.
The company DHL itself was founded in San Francisco, United States, in 1969 and expanded its service throughout the world by the late 1970s. In 1979, under the name of DHL Air Cargo, the company entered the Hawaiian islands with an inter-island cargo service using two DC-3 and four DC-6 aircraft. Adrian Dalsey and Larry Hillblom personally oversaw the daily operations until its eventual bankruptcy closed the doors in 1983. At its peak, DHL Air Cargo employed just over 100 workers, management and pilots.
