Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Application Specialist (IVD) located in Kota Kinabalu. The Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer support, and application training for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) products. The role involves engaging with customers, providing technical expertise and training, and managing sales processes to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to effectively conduct Training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing)
• Industry experience in in vitro diagnostics or healthcare is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
