We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who is passionate about technology, confident in engaging decision-makers, and driven to grow new markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries and strategic sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Represent REKA at industry events, networking sessions, and strategic meetings.
  • Track opportunities, pipeline, and performance using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technology opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth KPIs.
  • Collaborate directly with C-Suite leadership to help shape company strategy, mission, and market expansion.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong background in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Interest or experience in technology, AI, IoT, or digital solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing technology environment.
