Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puncak Alam for a Sales & Marketing Executive.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to project execution.

This role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, including client outreach, brand positioning, and market research within the southern region. The position requires both strong client engagement and proactive sales strategies to support the company's expansion in Johor and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and projects within Johor and surrounding regions
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations with clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product introductions
  • Coordinate sample requests and liaise with the Production Team on progress
  • Support marketing initiatives, including outreach and brand awareness efforts
  • Conduct market research (including BCI) to identify potential leads
  • Review and manage documentation including PO, SO, and related sales documents
  • Prepare weekly quotation summary reports for management
  • Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM tools knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or the construction/building materials industry is an added advantage (but not required)
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
