Responsibilities:
Execute sales activities and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct presentations and provide consultations/proposals to prospective clients to meet their Takaful protection needs.
Proactively promote Takaful products and handle customer inquiries.
Ensure a high level of customer service in line with the company's quality standards.
Maintain strong understanding of Takaful products, including life, health, property, and motor coverage.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work towards targets.
- In-depth knowledge of Takaful products and the insurance industry.
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research for identifying business opportunities and understanding customer needs.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience or knowledge in Takaful products, financial services, or a related field is an advantage.
