Role Description

This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern role with a hybrid work arrangement. The role is based in Kota Damansara, with some flexibility for work-from-home options. The intern's day-to-day tasks will include supporting sales strategies, assisting with marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will also have the opportunity to engage in customer training and gain insights into sales and marketing management techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Experience or interest in Sales and Sales Management to support business growth and achieve key performance indicators.
• Ability to assist with Training to onboard and educate customers effectively about our services and solutions.
• Self-motivation, a collaborative mindset, and adaptability in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
