Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Ara Damansara with opportunities to work from home. The intern will support the sales and marketing team in executing campaigns, managing customer relations, and conducting market research. Daily tasks will include assisting with lead generation, contributing to customer outreach efforts, preparing marketing materials, and supporting sales presentations. The role also involves providing customer service and participating in training sessions where required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management to assist in lead generation, client onboarding, and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to conduct Training and provide support for sales and marketing processes.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant sales/marketing tools is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
