Role Description This Sales and Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support sales and marketing activities, including assisting in the creation of marketing materials, preparing presentations, and coordinating outreach campaigns to potential clients and partners. Daily tasks may involve handling customer inquiries, supporting customer service efforts, and gathering feedback to improve training and retail solutions. The intern will also help the team with basic sales reporting, market research, and administrative support for training events and programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building activities.
- Ability to assist with Training-related activities, including coordinating sessions, preparing materials, and supporting facilitators.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
