About the Company

We are a leading company in the construction technology sector, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

About the Role

The role involves developing new customer relationships and providing exceptional service support to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting
  • Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts
  • Keep up good relationship with existing and new clients
  • Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers
  • Generate weekly sales report for management
  • Provide pre-sales our software consultant and after-sales support for our software implementation
  • Undertake tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; preferred skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and relationship-building ability; strong sense of purpose and prominent customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently, with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Daily Chinese communication skills required; Chinese descent preferred.
