About the Role
The role involves developing new customer relationships and providing exceptional service support to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting
- Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts
- Keep up good relationship with existing and new clients
- Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers
- Generate weekly sales report for management
- Provide pre-sales our software consultant and after-sales support for our software implementation
- Undertake tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; preferred skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and relationship-building ability; strong sense of purpose and prominent customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently, with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
- Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Daily Chinese communication skills required; Chinese descent preferred.
