Sales and Marketing Manager

COYS Affluence is a Business Consultancy firm specializing in providing comprehensive support services to the Learning and Development needs of multinational companies (MNCs). Operating in Malaysia and serving international clients, COYS Affluence manages the training and development of a 12,000-strong workforce annually. The company collaborates with certification bodies to enhance the skills of local talents, contributing to the national agenda of workforce development and reducing dependency on foreign labor.

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing sales initiatives, and managing client relationships to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing effective marketing campaigns, mentoring and leading a sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions is also a key component of this role.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and building strategic business relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing, Market Analysis, and the ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategies.
• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
• Team Management experience with demonstrated leadership abilities and mentoring skills.
• Data Analysis and Budget Management expertise to track performance metrics and optimize resources.
• Relevant professional certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are advantageous.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
