Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Regional Coordinator based in Bukit Mertajam. The Sales and Marketing Regional Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and marketing activities across assigned international regions, including the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and other designated markets.

This role serves as a key liaison between regional markets and the headquarters, ensuring alignment in sales execution, marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and business development strategies. The position is open to overseas-based candidates and may be conducted on a remote, hybrid, or region-based arrangement, subject to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned regional and international markets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agents, and stakeholders across regions
  • Identify new business opportunities and support regional market expansion
  • Execute regional marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives
  • Support customer onboarding, training, and product/service presentations where required
  • Monitor regional sales performance and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and market insights
  • Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and regional clients or partners
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and service standards across all regions
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to management

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Expertise in Event Planning and Writing skills
  • Strong Project Management and organizational abilities
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in an asset management or sustainability-focused organization is an advantage
