Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative position is a full-time, on-site role located in Cheras. The representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, expanding the company's client base, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks also include promoting educational content, coordinating with clients, developing marketing strategies, and conducting training sessions to demonstrate product benefits to potential customers. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to meet targets and promote products effectively.
• Competence in providing Training to clients or team members about products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with educational or academic content is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
