Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Miri/Bintulu. The role involves developing and managing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying market opportunities. The selected candidate will conduct customer outreach, provide product training to clients, and oversee key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordination with internal teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives will also be a core responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and foster lasting relationships
- Experience with Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive business growth
- Good personality, ability to work extra hours and convincing approacj when dealing with clients on products and services proposals
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and adapting to changing priorities and market demands
- Educational background Engineering degree holder or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the oil, gas, or energy sectors is an added advantage
- Proficiency in relevant Software and AI is added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in oil and gas or related fields
