Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The specialist will engage in activities such as developing and executing sales strategies, conducting customer outreach, managing client relationships, and identifying potential opportunities and markets. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service, delivering sales presentations, and training sessions to educate clients about company products and services. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop campaigns and measure their effectiveness will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and maintain relationships.
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, including planning and implementing strategies to meet targets.
• Experience conducting Training sessions to educate clients or team members about products and services.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to meet customer needs effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and responsibilities efficiently.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market in Selangor and surrounding regions is beneficial.
