Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Skudai. This role is responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, presenting vehicle features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. The specialist will support the development and execution of marketing activities, including promotions, events, and online/offline campaigns to drive showroom traffic and brand visibility. Daily tasks include customer follow-ups, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the sales team and management to meet targets. The role also involves providing product training and updates to team members, staying informed about market trends, and ensuring a high standard of customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
• Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training, supporting team performance and sharing product knowledge.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and willingness to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Previous experience in the automotive or related industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in Skudai and engaging directly with walk-in and referred customers.
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software) is beneficial.
• Minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, based on business needs.
