Position OverviewAMS is looking for a highly driven Marketing & Sales Specialist with an existing network and industry knowledge in IoT, embedded electronics, or industrial automation. This is a freelance role with generous commission incentives, ideal for someone with the ability to open doors, close deals, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across industries (government, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, etc.)
- Leverage your existing network to introduce AMS products and services to potential clients
- Develop and execute outreach strategies (calls, visits, presentations, online engagement)
- Collaborate with our technical and leadership teams to develop client-specific proposals
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects with regular follow-ups
- Report on lead status, progress, and market feedback
Who You Are- You have prior sales or business development experience in technology, IoT, automation, or industrial sectors
- You already have contacts or networks in relevant industries (e.g., government, seaports, agriculture, energy, factories)
- You're a self-starter who works well independently, driven by results and incentives
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- You are trustworthy, professional, and able to represent AMS confidently
- You're based in Malaysia
