Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Georgetown. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support daily sales activities, promote restaurant offerings, and help drive customer traffic and revenue. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, explaining promotions, collecting feedback, and collaborating with the team to deliver consistent customer service. The role will assist with marketing campaigns, social media content coordination, and local outreach initiatives to build brand awareness. The specialist will also help train team members on sales techniques and service standards, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
