We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist in Selangor, Malaysia, to drive events, own the lead lifecycle, and help accelerate growth across ASEAN.

What you'll own:

Lead lifecycle management – from capture to qualification to sales handoff (using real CRM/marketing automation tools)

End-to-end event execution – webinars, conferences, workshops, trade shows

Data that matters – track performance, optimize conversion, report what works

Close partnership with sales – support tenders, maintain customer data, share competitive insights

What you bring:

• 3–5 years in B2B or technical marketing (event + lead management experience required)
• Hands-on with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom, ON24
• A detail-obsessed, multitasking mindset
• Real stakeholder management skills – you can align sales, product, and regional teams
