Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuantan, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Your daily tasks will include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering high-quality customer service, conducting product presentations and training sessions, and managing sales operations to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Experience in delivering Training and developing initiatives to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to think strategically and adapt to both in-office and remote work environments.
• Knowledge of the financial or Takaful industry will be a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
